The ‘Over the Top’ professional darts event scheduled to take place at Barnsley Metrodome on Friday 7 November will now be held on Friday 21 November due to unforeseen circumstances.

This unavoidable change of date is due to an amendment to the Professional Darts Corporation’s events calendar, which inevitably meant some of the players would no longer be available to appear at ‘Over the Top’.

In order to keep the high quality line-up of top professional darts players, the decision was taken to move the event a fortnight later than originally planned.

All tickets that have been purchased for the original date are fully transferable and valid for the new date on Friday 21 November.

Any customers who cannot attend on the new date but have already purchased tickets are being offered a full refund and should e-mail mward@mdapromotions.co.uk so this can be arranged.

All other details remain the same as originally advertised.

World Champion and world number one Michael van Gerwen, who won the inaugural tournament back in October, heads a sensational line-up, as the Dutchman returns to defend his title on November 21.

Out to stop ‘Mighty Mike’ are double World Champion Adrian ‘Jackpot’ Lewis, Premier League stars Andy ‘The Hammer’ Hamilton and Wes ‘The Warrior’ Newton and former Players Champion Paul ‘The Asset’ Nicholson, as well as ‘Over the Top’ himself, Dean Winstanley.

The fantastic field will be completed by former World Champion Mark Webster, darts legend Bobby George and fellow professional stars Stuart Kellett and Darren Johnson.
