JAMIE LEWIS AND DANNY NOPPERT begin their 2018/19 William Hill World Darts Championship campaigns on Friday at London’s Alexandra Palace.

Last year’s semi-finalist Lewis (pictured) takes on Cody Harris in the second round on the afternoon session, before Noppert makes his debut in the £2.5 million event on Friday evening against Royden Lam in round one.

Lewis enjoyed an incredible run to the last four of last year’s tournament, defeating then world number two Peter Wright in the process.

Noppert heads into his match against Lam full of confidence after winning a Players Championship event in October before reaching the semi-finals of last month’s Players Championship Finals.
